I would now like to add this to the boards. I pulled this from Lorne's guestbook...

Quote:
Hi, it,s my moms son again. See all the people that think that my dose not look for missing people. Well you're all wrong . My moms always has the phone beside her incase my missig cousin calls. She's always on the internet incase of any body knows where he is. So it might take alot of free time out of her kids and her husband. But she also takes it out herself. She's to the point of getting headaches. So what if my mom spends more time on the computer then on her kids,I want my cousin to come home and there is nothing that can stop me and my family. Love ya mom. Tim

Sometimes when you think that your work isn't making a difference, a child puts things back into perspective!

Many thanks to my husband and children for being so supportive! I love you all!

Yesterday, I gave an over-the-phone interview with a UNH student.

She needed to do a paper on an event in NH and chose the Walking Them Home event as well as on Lorne Boulet.

I am so very excited to think that this has touched the heart of a college student.

Awareness is the best key!

For Lorne and Aunt Wease. Hoping that answers will be found for Lorne's whereabouts soon. And may he keep you strong until that time comes.

Thank you, Jill!

Things are being planned for December 4th. We will be holding a yard sale/bake sale/craft fair for Lorne.

I have Ident-A-Kid, Mary Kay, and 3 individuals that will all be setting up at this event.
We will be having SEVERAL items to raffle and ornaments to give away.

There is a song out by Jimmy Wayne called "Paper Angels". I will be doing up "Paper Angels" of Lorne to give out along with the lyrics to the song.

I have some items that have already been donated to the yard sale part of this as well as some items to raffle out.

I am hoping to make the community aware that Lorne is still Missing.

Artist: Jimmy Wayne
Album: Jimmy Wayne
Title: Paper Angels
(verse)
Every day after Thanksgiving sale,
Malls just ain't complete,
Without a bunch of decorations and a paper angel tree,

(bridge)
There's artificial smiles on artificial tree limbs,
sayin what she'd love to have and what to buy for him,

(verse 2)
Well I hope Maggie likes her new winter clothes,
And her buggie with a baby doll,
And maybe Thom a smile in his new Nike shoes,
When he shoots that basketball,

(bridge)
I can't help but wishin, that I could do more,
But not just while I'm shopping in the department store,

(chorus)
Paper angels you're in my thoughts and prayers,
No matter where you are right now,
Remember God's right there,
He's asking all of us,
To help take care of his paper angels everywhere,

(verse 3)
Goin through the mail almost every afternoon,
I see a mom and dad's worse dream,
Their on the back of a money-savin-add,
To get my carpet clean,

(bridge)
Height, weight, hair, eyes, date missin, and D.O.B.
A child's name, a picture and the words Have you see me,

(chorus)
Paper angels you're in my thoughts and prayers,
No matter where you are right now,
Remember God's right there,
He's asking all of us,
To help take care of his paper angels everywhere

(bridge)
His documented bruises, fill a folder and a file,
She's a second grade self portrait drawn without a smile,
And every town has litter with this kind of debree,
We've got to stop this madness, it's up to you and me

(chorus)
Paper angels you're in my thoughts and prayers,
No matter where you are right now,
Remember God's right there,
He's asking all of us,
To help take care of his paper angels everywhere,
Paper angels everywhere

Louise,

I think this is a great idea and I love this song. I have not heard it before but the words tell me it's a good song. If you have a picture of one those paper angels, please share cheesy

I will share as soon as I have one completed. They are NOT going to be anything extravigent, but atleast Lorne will be with many for this Christmas.

I sure miss him and am having a hard time.

To everyone that visits this thread, please visit Lorne's website and sign the guestbook. It restores hope, reading all of the wonderful things that are written.

Jill, sign the book ANYTIME and as MANY times as you would like.

Yard Sale - Bake Sale - Craft Fair is on Saturday, December 4, 2004.

Hall is rented and all is a go. Lorne's parents seem to be quite enthusiastic about it as well.

Praying for Lorne to be safe where ever he may be and for him to find the strength (mentally) to realize that he is missed.

I love you, Lorne!

Louise,

I think that is very cool what you all are doing for Lorne. I posted this under special events so that people could see that it's this Saturday. Please keep us updated how it goes. I'll be eager to hear.

The event that was held yesterday raised $443.00 towards Lorne's REWARD.

This is a huge amount considering we had about 30 "customers". There were a lot of participants that had a *wonderful* time shopping, though.

This was a great turn out, all in all.

Louise,

That is a great amount of money to raise in just one day. I know Lorne's parents were excited too. That's just awesome!!!
